Our tips
- Announce the rain plan directly in the text (postponed? moving indoors?).
- The form's note field doubles as a “who brings what” list, no spreadsheet needed.
- Count generously on the “yes” replies: a barbecue always attracts a spontaneous plus-one — turn on the guest option.
