A private party stays private. Here is exactly what Confettine knows about you — it's short.

Zero cookies, zero trackers

Confettine sets no cookies and embeds no advertising trackers — which is why there is no banner to accept. The only statistics used are anonymous, aggregated counters (page views, reply counts) that cannot identify anyone.

The data you entrust to us

If you create an invitation: your page's content (title, text, date, venue) and, if you provide it, your email — used only to send you your links and the reply summary. If you reply to an invitation: the name you enter, your reply and your optional note — visible only to the organizer and to people who have the page's link.

Where and for how long

Data is hosted in the European Union (Germany) and is neither sold nor shared with third parties. Invitation pages are not indexed by search engines and their addresses are not guessable. A truncated, hashed IP address is kept temporarily for abuse protection (rate limiting).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification or deletion of your data (a whole invitation page, or just your reply): write to [email protected] from the address concerned, or with the link to the page in question.
