Games night invitation before the boxes come out
A games night lives and dies by its player count: with 3 you switch games, with 9 you split into two tables. A reply page gives you the exact headcount, and the guests' notes double as votes for which boxes to bring out.

Our tips
- Give the real start time of play, latecomers hold up the first table.
- Ask in the comments what games people are in the mood for: the box selection sorts itself out.
- From 8 players on, plan for two tables and say so: it reassures those wary of a big group.
